VeXO^® is a communication architecture for shared business, project and enterprise information between Garco Building Systems and its Building Partners. VeXO^® may also be optionally shared with third parties to a specific construction project.

Upon booting up, VeXO^® appears as an icon on the Builder's in-office computer screen, laptop or anywhere VeXO^® is installed. VeXO^® provides real time access to project information from the Builders' office, a remote location, the job site, a customer's office or an A/E's office - even from a PC/Cellular Laptop. One click gets you in.

VeXO^® information is organized as either General Information such as sales notices, bulletins, accounting, estimating and costing programs, builder incentive programs and announcements or as job specific information called "Job Files." One click to Job Files brings up a list of all current Builder-specific jobs, sorted by job number and name. Click on a specific job number and all job information is then indexed by general correspondence, change orders, RFI's, confirmations, CAD drawings, engineering data, schedules, digital imagery, file notes, faxes and e-mails. And, if the Builder desires, certain selected files within the Builder's VeXO^® may be shared, on a job specific basis, with outside design professionals, code officials or Owners. The Builder decides who may view which files. All VeXO^® files are read only and may not be modified while in the VeXO^®.
