Vista Field Development Building 2 Kennewick, Washington Builder: Winthrop Construction Owner: Port of Kennewick Size: 80 x 180 x 14 Tenants of this building include a telecommunications firm, a computer-related manufacturing company and an Internet provider. For this reason, it required an extra-tight vapor barrier system and exterior envelope to maintain the interior climate required for computer and electronic equipment, research and development facilities, assembly and testing. The building, which is the first half of a two-phase project, has a standing seam roof and stucco exterior walls.
