We could tell you all about our new plant addition and how we've added forty percent more production capacity in order to meet your project needs. We could certainly tell you about all of the expensive equipment that we've invested in, the welders, benders, shapers, grinders, presses and hoists. We could tell you about all of these things and more, but we're not going to. You see, none of these things, no matter how much we paid for them, mean anything... without dedicated craftspeople to use them. Luckily, that's exactly who we have working for us.

Our production crew is second to none. They take pride in getting a project done to perfection. "Measure twice, cut once" is their guiding principle. Yes, be fast, but be accurate. A steel beam that is an inch too short is a useless piece of scrap iron. If you happen to be using that beam to construct a building in the Andes, your project is not just inconvenienced, it's severely crippled. Our people are not about to let that happen. Every major project component goes through multiple checks for quality and accuracy, checks that are conducted by separate individuals.

Our facility and crew meet stringent certification criteria from several organizations. Our welders and other production craftspeople take part in regular training in order to stay current with the best practices of the industry. Staying at the top of their field is not easy, but these dedicated people wouldn't have it any other way.

The majority of our craftspeople have been with Garco for more than fifteen years. These men and women have created a culture based on integrity and respect.
