Expereince: Dale graduated from University of Idaho with a Civil Engineering degree in December of 1987 and joined Garco in January 1988. He was a Design Engineer from 1988 to 1992. Dale joined a Civil Consulting firm from 1992 to 1996. Dale was a Project Manager with an Earthwork Contractor until 1999, when he then re-joined Garco and moved into his current position as Estimator/ Project Manager.
