Our Operations
Garco’s operation process is uniquely structured around your specifications and requirements. From the moment you request a building quote, the details of your steel building system begin to take shape. All that is required from you to get the ball rolling are the basics: building size, loading capabilities, frame types, accessories, etc. Sketches are welcomed but certainly not required.
From here, a Garco “project manager” is assigned to your structure. He or she will act as the gatekeeper of your installment and see it through to completion. If you have questions or concerns pertaining to the process details, your project manager doubles as an information liaison, keeping you up-to-date and informed every step of the way. Your project manager will supply you with a pricing proposal letter. This is a detail-oriented breakdown of foreseen work relative to cost.. Changes to this proposal can and do occur, at which time the letter will be taken back and reworked for a second review.
Once you have approved the quote for your steel building system, Garco processes your building order and writes up a building sales order. This is where the fine tuning of the agreement occurs. Every building factor and element necessary for your construction is put into print. You and your project manager will review the sales order checklist together. Our system leaves little room for error, assuring you receive Maximum Building Value.
From here, your project manager will keep you informed and make sure your building order moves smoothly and efficiently through the engineering department. The project manager troubleshoots any questions or information requests from the engineering department. Once your steel building system has successfully cleared engineering, it is handed over to our fabrication plant where all of the hard work, springs to life. |
